Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Journey for Longevity, LLC website, content, and services, including The Longevity Blueprint program (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Who We Are

Journey for Longevity, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides educational content, coaching, and programs focused on sleep, nutrition, and movement to support healthy lifestyle habits. The Longevity Blueprint is our structured education and coaching program.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

Health & Medical Disclaimer

  • Educational only: Our content, courses, and coaching are for educational and informational purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not create a physician‑patient relationship.

  • Consult your provider: Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, medications, or sleep routine, especially if you have existing health conditions, are pregnant or nursing, or take prescription drugs.

  • Emergency: If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Our team may include professionals (e.g., Functional Nutrition Counselor, personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, yoga teacher). Services are provided as general education and coaching—not licensed medical care, therapy, or individualized clinical services.

Accounts

  • Registration: To access certain Services (e.g., The Longevity Blueprint), you may need to create an account and provide accurate, current information.

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

  • Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or unlawful behavior.

Program Enrollment & Payments

  • Enrollment: By enrolling in The Longevity Blueprint, you agree to pay all fees described at checkout or on the program page.

  • Billing: Fees are charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply.

  • Refunds: Refunds follow the policy posted at the time of purchase. Unless explicitly stated, fees are non‑refundable once the program starts.

  • Payment processors: We use third‑party processors to handle payments; their terms and privacy policies apply to your transactions.

Coaching & Group Conduct

  • Respectful participation: Be kind and constructive in group calls, forums, and communities.

  • No harassment: We prohibit harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.

  • Recording: We may record sessions for participants and quality assurance. By attending, you consent to being recorded unless otherwise noted; you may opt out by turning off audio/video and not speaking during recording segments.

Intellectual Property

  • Our content: The Services, including all text, graphics, videos, podcasts, coursework, and materials, are owned by Journey for Longevity and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Your license: We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

  • Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

  • Trademarks: Journey for Longevity and The Longevity Blueprint are trademarks/service marks of the Company.

• Your submissions: You may post or submit questions, comments, reviews, or other content (“User Content”). You are responsible for your User Content.
• License to us: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display it for operating and improving the Services.
• Prohibited content: Do not submit illegal, infringing, offensive, or misleading content; do not share personal health information of others without consent.

Community Areas & Third‑Party Platforms

  • Community spaces: If we host forums or groups (including third‑party platforms like Slack, Facebook, or Kajabi), you must follow those platforms’ rules in addition to these Terms.

  • Third‑party links: The Services may contain links to third‑party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. Please review it carefully.

Consent to Communications

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Journey for Longevity, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Journey for Longevity, LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your User Content.

Program‑Specific Terms: The Longevity Blueprint

  • Access: Program materials are available for the duration stated at enrollment; we may update or retire modules at our discretion.

  • Coaching boundaries: Coaching provides education, accountability, and habit support; it is not individualized medical treatment or physical therapy.

  • Commitments: You are responsible for implementing program recommendations and using discretion based on your health status.

  • No guarantees: The program is not a weight‑loss or disease‑treatment service; outcomes depend on many factors.

18.

Changes to the Services & Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time without liability. We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or unlawful behavior. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

  • Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
