Vendor-Specific Notes
Email Marketing (Mailchimp) & Email Services (Gmail): We send updates and program communications; you may unsubscribe at any time.
Payments (Stripe): Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Practice Better: We may use Practice Better for programs, to manage scheduling, forms, coaching workflows, and secure client portals. Information submitted through Practice Better is subject to this Policy and Practice Better’s own privacy terms; do not upload medical records or PHI unless expressly requested with written consent.
Consent for Wellness Inputs
By providing wellness assessments and inputs (sleep, movement, nutrition, goals), you consent to our processing for program delivery and personalization. Do not submit medical records or protected health information unless we expressly request and obtain your written consent.
